Хашки трибунал је основан са задатком да суди "починиоцима ратних злочина на подручју бивше Југославије након 1991. године". Међутим када се узме у обзир чињеница да је Хашки трибунал Србима изрекао 1347 година робије, а да је за злочине над Србима Хашки трибунал изрекао 64 година робије поставља се питање зашто је оволика асиметричност у погледу година робије?
The Hague Tribunal was established with the task of prosecution the "persons responsible for war crimes in the territory of the former Yugoslavia after 1991". However, when you take into account the fact that the Hague Tribunal sentenced the Serbs to 1347 years in prison, and for crimes against Serbs, the Hague Tribunal sentenced a total of 64 years of prison, the question arises, why is there such asymmetry in terms of years of imprisonment?
